In the cozy
little village Hørby, close to Sæby we have an apartment for rent. We
welcome motorcyclists, because we both are sworn bikers.
The atmosphere is in top here at Hørby old station, which continuously has been renovated in the old spirit. The apartment consists of double bedroom and a large living room with TV, stereo, plenty of reading material and comfort. In addition a kitchen and two bathrooms - one with bath. In the garden it is possible to barbecue. Meat, sausages, etc. can be purchased at the station - otherwise we can warmly recommend the butcher Kjærgaard in Sæby - a real quality butcher. It is possible to put up a tent or an extra bed in the room if you are more than two. Food: There is a possibility of serving breakfast on weekends - otherwise, there are 50 m to the area's best bakery and the local shop. There is also at weekend opportunity to have served food - the menu is determined by the host and reported on arrival. Otherwise, there are good opportunities for eating in Sæby which include two very good fish restaurants. Lunch / evening buffet at Jensen's fish restaurant by the harbor is strongly recommended. Last but not least is the opportunity to purchase some of the host's own hand brewed beer at very reasonable prices. The variety of beers vary by season, but all the brands are brewed under the "mark" Biker Brew. Hørby is close to Sæby, which is one of the cozy villages of the region. Port environment is completely in the top with good fish stores and restaurants. In summer there are often activities in the cozy square in Sæby city who also has a number of good quality shops. Shopping is abundantly. You can get the motorcycles in hide - right now we are working to build a garage so they can be safe and well. The hosts like giving advice and guidance on good trips on the bike. There are many great attractions and beautiful routes in the area. |
